Terms and Conditions

You are responsible for all travel arrangements and costs of flights, accommodation and necessary insurances.

Whilst the venue and ourselves have public liability insurance you must ensure you have adequate travel insurance for your trip which covers accidents, emergency medical, loss and theft and includes covid cancelation protection.

Breakfast is included with your room booking, but lunch and evening meals are paid for separately as we intend to dine together at local restaurants and cafes. You are of course free to make your own arrangements.

Any and all massages are booked and paid for directly with the onsite masseur.   

Participation in any and all activities are undertaken at your own risk and all medical information relevant to our practice should be disclosed to us prior to the event.
